It’s a toss up to decide whether this crystal, gold, and champagne bridal shoot is a better example of stunning bridal style or amazing artistry! Ashlee Mintz Photography sent me these incredible vintage inspired bridal portraits for bride-t0-be Carrie Anne, who will no doubt have one stylish wedding day. The tone of her wedding day look was clinched when she came across an Art Deco inspired gown by Sue Wong in a vintage shop in New Orleans. The sleek column gown, accented with sparkling champagne sequins, set the tone for gorgeous glittering vintage accessories for her bridal shoot at Appleford Estate!
Carrie Anne’s bridal look sat perfectly on the line between romantic and glamorous, with a softly curled updo and deep burgundy lipstick. She accented her goddess gown with an heirloom crystal bouquet and sparkling headpieces. An elegant tulle cap received a gorgeous Art Deco twist with a starburst pattern of vintage rhinestones, while a glamorous crystal headband gave the look a gorgeous flapper vibe. Carrie Anne had a pair of equally stunning options for footwear as well, switching from flat gold laser cut sandals to deep burgundy pumps. While her bridal styling was the star of the shoot, the intricate millinery details carried over to the handmade Art Deco cake topper by Jolie En Rose Vintage. The couture cake adornment was handcrafted from German glass glitter and vintage silk ribbons – here’s hoping Carrie Anne serves the homemade caramel apple cake at her wedding next fall!
