When it came to planning their St. Augustine wedding, Gemma and Brett opted for a stylish and unique wedding venue! The opulent surroundings and historic charm of Treasury on the Plaza could not have been a more perfect setting for their wedding that was equal parts romantic and glamorous! Pastel flowers, mismatched bridesmaids, and the most stunning crystal embellished bridal gown made for a truly breathtaking wedding day with Kristen Weaver Photography and The Wedding Authority.

A Unique Wedding Venue for a Chic Bride and Groom

Their unique wedding venue inspired the feel of their big day, which bride Gemma described as timeless and romantic. Soft colors, organic flowers, and a dose of glamorous sparkle came tother in an utterly dreamy combination. The phenomenally named Antibride helped bring Gemma’s vision to life with organic arrangements of emerald greenery softened by blush pink and butter yellow blooms. A backdrop of soft white drapery and a whimsical floral arch turned the Grande Ballroom into a lush indoor garden, with an aisle of rose petals down the marble floor. The towering ceilings and ornate columns created a luxurious space for their reception as well, with the old vault door adding a unique touch – not to mention housing the bar!

The luxurious setting was nearly outshone by the gorgeous bride! Gemma chose a Nicole Miller wedding dress from One Fine Day Bridal Salon and accented the crisp, architectural satin gown with a crystal bolero from Jaclyn Jordan! The combination managed to be the perfect mix of modern and glamorous bridal style, especially paired with her enormous cascade bouquet! She chose opalescent shades for her bridesmaids and allowed them to pick individual dresses in shades of mauve, dusty pink, lavender and icy blue. Midnight blue suits for the groom and groomsmen offered a dramatic counterpoint to the pastel bridal party! The dramatic color made a comeback when the couple share their first dance, with dramatic lighting turning the ballroom into a midnight sky complete with a scatter of stars for a celestial send off!
