Romantic summer greenery in the heart of Virginia gives today’s styled shoot a verdant setting and a central theme. Shannon Moffit Photography and Luxe and Luna crafted this gorgeous organic wedding inspiration around the lush grounds of Veritas Winery for a perfectly natural spin on Southern wedding style!

Summer Greenery Vineyard Wedding Inspiration 

The elegant vineyard backdrop of Veritas Winery inspired the heady green color that infused this shoot. Foraged greenery became the central focus, from the bride’s cascade bouquet to the organic centerpieces adorning the farm table. White flowers added the perfect punctuation to emerald green leaves, with raw silk and linen adding a hint of neutral warmth. The dark mahogany of the table and chairs echoed the grand ballroom, with soaring windows and a draped roof to create a romantic barn setting.

Organic textures perfectly suited the winery setting, from the handmade paper invitations to the natural silk runner. Even the bride’s ethereal wedding dress in nude lace and tulle echoed the country surroundings, with just a hint of vintage glamour. Bold pops of black, from a raw iron tray to display stationery, to the place settings on the King’s table, played off the earthy decor with a slight modern edge. A delicately ruffled cake with local greenery and flowers finished off the shoot with an abundance of peonies, Queen Anne’s Lace, and foraged foliage!
