From the gray wedding dress with a leather jacket for a chic urban bride to the colorful graffiti backdrop of West Palm Beach, every detail added up to a whimsical and fun wedding day! The Dragonfly Photo and Erica J Photography, along with wedding planners Fabuluxe Events created this perfect blend of urban and whimsical!

Modern City Wedding Ideas with Graffiti and Lace

The tropical sunshine and bold colors are a hint that this isn’t your typical winter wedding, but the team behind this inspiration aimed to create a winter wonderland in Florida weather with their shimmering silver and white color palette! Inside the art gallery and wine bar that served as a venue, the team turned down the temperature with white flowers and mirrored silver accents under a snowy bower of birch branches and white lights. Frosted acrylic invitations and silver leaf escort cards added a modern touch to the winter decor.

A one of a kind wedding dress was a must with such a unique setting and out of the box inspiration! The Galatea wedding dress from Willowby Brides combined a sweet A-line skirt with a plunging neckline and sheer bodice to create a dress that was both daring and romantic. The soft gray color and embroidered lace flowers kept the bride’s look soft and whimsical silhouetted against the bold graffiti backdrops of West Palm Beach. A white bouquet made a statement against the subtly colored wedding dress, so Southern Floral Company created an arrangement of white flowers, dusty miller, silver brunia, and greenery. Johnson’s Custom Cakes  took inspiration from the detailing on the bride’s dress to create a couture cake of silver fondant accented with a brushed lace pattern! The modern bridal look got the perfect finishing touch with a custom hand lettered leather jacket!
