Today’s gorgeous styled shoot from Nhiya Kaye Photography is the epitome of rustic elegance! The phenomenally talented Rebecca of Nhiya Kaye collaborated with Tara H. Photography to craft a shoot that celebrated the beauty, elegance, and creativity in simplicity. They put together a team who were challenged to create something stunning out of the most simple of elements. The private farm that served as their canvas needed no other adornments than this gorgeous couple – Bret and Dallon are a month away from their own wedding and their love gives everything an extra glow. To let the real life love story behind the shoot take center stage, they set up a First Look for Bret and Dallon, and ended the shoot with the two of them reading their heartfelt vows to one another.
Every element in this shoot was given special consideration as to how it could enhance the whole. The Magnolia Flower Company used grape vines and peach branches from her own backyard for the floral table runner, and foraged plants from the overgrown farm where they staged the shoot to create the beautiful bouquet! The place settings came from a thrift shop, accented by handmade napkins. The beautiful bride echoed that minimalist elegance in a simple dress of champagne silk with a flowing train, a loose updo, and a vintage inspired jeweled headpiece. The lovely cake embodied two of the most current trends – a simple naked cake with natural botanical details – but the simplicity and thoughtful intent makes it a classic.
