Even a stormy day can’t dull the beauty of Positano, the terraced seaside city that manages to shine even along the spectacular Amalfi Coast. Stephanie and Brian decided that the turquoise sea, pastel stucco houses, and blooming bougainvillea needed no little in the way of decoration to dress up their wedding day. Their love story began in middle school and saw them through graduations, career milestones, and two beautiful daughters. Their commitment to each other was evident, but they still wanted to commemorate the occasion with a dream destination wedding on the Amalfi Coast.

The childhood sweethearts exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony on the terrace of the Marincanto Hotel. The beautiful hillside city and the Tyrrhenian Sea made a stunning backdrop, but all eyes in their intimate party were on the bride and groom.  The handsome groom looked Italian chic in a navy blue three piece suit. Stephanie picked a breezy and elegant gown that beautifully suited the coastal setting, with off the shoulder sleeves and a flowy skirt. A delicate crystal hair vine added a hint of sparkle to her half up hairstyle, while dramatic cluster earrings from Saint Valentine Bridal added a touch of drama. Avagliano Home Flowers created the bride’s bouquet of peach and ivory roses accented with silvery green dusty miller, which she adorned with heirloom charms holding photos of their family members.
