Dreamy Mountain Lodge Wedding in Fuchsia and Mint

The incredible natural beauty of the McCall, Idaho inspired today’s incredible mountain lodge wedding shoot from Ellie Asher Photo, Ira and Lucy Vintage Rentals and mcWED! The delicate colors of the river valley in the spring inspired the palette for the shoot, filled with dreamy dreamy blue and gray punctuated by mint and fuchsia.

A sweetheart gown with a sweeping chiffon skirt and jeweled bodice crafted a bridal look as romantic and picturesque as the beautiful location, set off with a veil edged in vintage lace. The gorgeous bride and her maids in floor length gowns in soft mint carried clutches of eucalyptus and pink peonies in wild clutched beautifully suited to a wedding in the mountains.

Blackhawk On The River provided the perfect setting for the airy mountain elegance of the shoot, with a soaring Great Room bathed in warmth from the floor to ceiling windows and stunning fireplace. The dramatic Arts and Crafts framework of the riverside resort creates a sheltered but picturesque terrace, ideal for a romantic ceremony with a gorgeous view of the river. Flora dressed the terrace and the vintage mantelpiece from Ira and Lucy Vintage Rentals with silvery green eucalyptus and pale blue hydrangeas, accented with vivid pink blooms. Crisp white taper candles in antique gold candle holders set in the fireplace provided a gorgeous substitution for a fire. The creamy walls and natural wood of the Great Room were beautifully set off by the blue printed china and watercolor details of the table decor. A vintage bureau created a stunning display for a duo of charming wedding cakes from Stevi Raff Cake Design – one adorned in French blue ruffles and the other with a delicate riverscape of pastel watercolors.
