It may still feel like winter elsewhere in the country, but spring feels like it has come early to California, and I’m celebrating with my blooming cherry blossom wedding inspiration in delicate shades of Rose Quartz and Serenity! The barely there blush pink and pale sky blue are a perfect fit for the ethereal nature of cherry blossoms, which are already in full bloom in California!
Nothing says romance quite like this time of year for me – the air feels soft and caressing, the flowers are starting to bloom, and there’s the unexpected burst of a blooming tree when you round the corner, or the rare neighborhood where rows and rows of delicately blossoming trees carpet the ground and perfume the air. I wanted to try and capture some of that romance with the delicate details in this board. A pastel palette is perfect for the season, while the ephemeral beauty of a tulle veil or vintage lace train is the best way to mimic the gracefulness of the trees in bloom.
