SUBMISSION OVERVIEW –

Hey Wedding Lady is dedicated to creative wedding inspiration and love above all! I am committed to showcasing diverse and inclusive weddings and editorial shoots, as well as love of all kinds. While I love portraits - and my audience does too - event design and styling is key to every post! Creative, detail-oriented weddings are my top priority!

Please review the Submission Guidelines before contacting Hey Wedding Lady! Submissions with missing information may not be reviewed or receive a response.

STYLE REQUIREMENTS-

Hey Wedding Lady focuses on fresh and unique non-traditional wedding inspiration with an emphasis on styling and event design.
Natural light, unique and personal details, show-stopping statement pieces, and exciting color palettes are key!
Styled Shoots, detail-oriented Real Weddings, and Styled Engagements are considered for publication – a mixture of portraits and details are required.

EXCLUSIVITY REQUIREMENTS-

Hey Wedding Lady does accept content that has been previously featured on other blogs as long as the following guidelines are met:
Please disclose where and when it was previously featured. A 3-month minimum time period is required between other blog features and Hey Wedding Lady's publication date! Check out this post for details on what exclusive, non-exclusive, and simultaneous submissions mean!
Simultaneous Submissions are not accepted to avoid exclusivity and scheduling conflicts (if you are waiting to hear back from another publication, please wait to submit to Hey Wedding Lady until they confirm their publication date).

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS-

Please make sure the primary photographer/planner submits the content on behalf of all vendors! Accepted submissions will be asked to provide all credits for contributing professionals, including the business name and website address – social credits are also much appreciated!
Please include a range of images that tell a story with a mix of details and portraits! A minimum of 80 images is required, at least 72dpi and 700 pixels wide. Vertical images are highly preferred.
