Today’s wild hunt wedding board continues this fall’s theme of boards capturing the enchantment of autumn. There’s something wild on the wind this time of year, along with the scent of wood smoke, and I wanted to capture that elemental nature. A deep, rich color palette of berry and wood brown firmly grounds it with earthy tones, while hand tied florals celebrate the untamed nature with loose, dangling vines and long feathers. A rustic ranch or woodland setting would perfectly suit the tone, or a venue surrounded by wide open prairie.
When it comes to bridal style, the goddess of the hunt comes to mind. Flowing skirts and a winding gold circlet capture that ethereal goddess look, with simple, non-fussy lines, and lots of movement. Decor should be minimal and organic with natural textures There are a lot of details of the hunt in this board, but every one of them can be incorporated with naturally shed feathers and antlers to capture the look without harming any animals.
