Imagine getting married on 20 acres of Texas farm land with a picturesque glass chapel and a white and airy barn! Davis and Grey Farms offered the perfect setting for this lovely shoot hosted by The Lockharts, making the most of the spectacular rustic space with whimsical and organic flower details by Poppies and Peonies Design! The beautiful photographs by White Orchid Photography showcase the summer blue and yellow palette and chic farmhouse style that give this shoot so much life!
The dusty blue invitations by Eros Studios included an illustration of the barn where the wedding would take place!
Poppies and Peonies Design drew in Texas wildflowers for the bouquet to echo the flowers growing around the venue! Fall leaves and bleached ferns added color and texture to the peach and blue bouquet.
This deep blue shawl collar suit from The Black Tux made for a stylish pick for the groom!
The glass chapel at Davis and Grey Farms became the perfect ceremony site! The white barn style of the chapel offered a unique backdrop for a rustic wedding ceremony – the cane back chairs and organic greenery arch added to the elegant country feel!
To keep with the timeless and rustic vibe of the venue, the bride wore a classic A-line dress from Bridal Boutique Lewisville, with a lace bodice and beaded straps! Brite Beauty created a romantic updo to show off the low back, and added a pop of color with a bright berry for her lips.
The shiplap seating chart is great option for lovers of modern farmhouse decor!
The white barn set the tone for the modern farm house inspired reception! The blue and peach palette continued on the wood farm tables, with a dusty blue table runner and modern copper flatware.
Long tables offer a great variety of decor options – Treasured Heart Events dressed the farm tables with a silk runner and delicate taper candles to maximize the long space, adding a central flower arrangement to keep the tables open and available for conversation!
Manda Mobley Cake Studio used beautiful texture to amp up a white wedding cake! Varied heights in the layers added visual interest, and her beautiful frosting technique added details that mimicked floral lace patterns. Fresh flowers and preserved ferns complemented the white cake with peach, orange, and yellow blooms!
