‘Tis the season to cuddle up and get cozy, so I’m celebrating with one of my favorite winter boards every week! First up, this woven throw-inspired board that uses wild, rustic florals, luxurious knit textures, and just a hint of holiday sparkle to evoke the perfect cozy winter wedding!
Cozy Holiday Wedding in Burgundy and Gold In keeping with the snuggled up and toasty warm theme, lots of luxurious textures are key! Think woven throws tossed over the back of reception chairs, cloud-soft shawls as favors, and cable knit runners down the center of vintage farm tables. Cozy knits aren’t the only key texture – a little holiday sparkle is always welcome! Glittering gold shoes make a gorgeous statement for bridesmaids, with a luxe metallic wedding dress for the bride!

I chose a palette that would evoke that perfectly cozy feeling – early evening darkness pressing in against the windows, but warm firelight flickering indoors, candles lit on the tables, and spiced drinks taking the chill off. Berry and burgundy tones gorgeously fit the season, with the rich hue of mulled wine. Hammered gold and rustic wood details set an inviting table, with velvety dahlias and ivory roses in vintage metal vessels intertwined on the tables with wreathes of greenery and berries.
