I hope you’re prepared for quite possibly one of my favorite real weddings – today’s amazing boho glam wedding from Sur La Lune Photography! Sara and Michael’s Austin, TX wedding featured glamorous 1920’s style, multiple live bands and literally the cutest flower girl that I have ever seen! It doesn’t hurt that Sara is bringing some serious bombshell gorgeousness in her vintage inspired wedding gown with an illusion back, lace veil by Vanya Bvlgari, and her amazing jeweled headpiece by Jane-Michael Stallings! I mean, really.
This lovely and oh-so-dapper couple tied the knot at Vuka, a self-described ‘tranquil retreat’ in the heart of Austin. The enormous backyard played host to their reception, where mercury glass lanterns hung from the giant central oak, and lush ferns lined the aisle. Sara’s bridesmaids looked nearly as radiant as the bride in individual black dresses with retro 20’s flair, while all of the ladies carried bouquets designed by the bride herself! Not to be outdone, Michael and his groomsmen wore sleek black tuxes from Indochino, accented with vivid red boutonnieres and patterned pocket squares. Even their beyond adorable pit bull ‘flower girl’ wore a red bow and flowers!
