I couldn’t wait another day to share this sweet, retro Valentine’s Day shoot from Maru Photography! Kim of Maru was inspired by the pastel hues of saltwater taffy and the cheer of enormous helium balloons. What better way to celebrate Valentine’s than with candy pinks, blushing roses, and one amazing dessert table! The lovely ladies of Canada’s The Wedding Belles joined the gorgeous models for some candy colored fun. Cakes By Meg provided desserts that can only be called couture – she dreamed up the beautifully ruffled cakes, petit fours topped cupcakes, and flawless sugar cookies with a very special message! Fleurish Floral Design worked with baby pink rosebuds and ruffled carnations to create bouquets and floral arrangements as sweet as the desserts!
The styling gurus at Delovely Creative got our wedding mavens camera ready with blush and ivory confections of wedding dresses from Isabelle’s Bridal, and topped off each look with accessories by Powder Blue Bijoux. But it was the team at The Tux Store that provided the crowning glory to this fabulous photo shoot – what goes better with sweets and fabulous style than handsome men in black tie?!

This is gorgeous and oh so fun! I’m a little obsessed with those “cupcakes on a cupcake” treat. 🙂
It’s ‘cupcakeception’!
How fun! The cakes and sweets are darling. I now have a serious craving for cupcakes and all forms of Valentine’s Day candy.
Oh for the love of cuteness, this is beyond adorable and SO fun!
