I love the way that Blake and Michelle chose to blend their love for adventure and the outdoors with a sweet and stylish wedding design! Their wedding day at The Boettcher Mansion in Denver, CO, celebrated the beautiful natural surroundings as well as their romantic wedding day style.
To celebrate their wedding day, Michelle chose a gorgeous ivory lace gown from a&bé bridal shop with an illusion back in dotted swiss and a line of pearl buttons down the back. Her bridal hairstyle of loose curls was adorned with crystal star pins, a sweet nod to the relaxed yet romantic feel of their wedding day. Newberry Brothers created a gorgeous bridal bouquet in peach garden roses with ivory dahlias and silvery dusty miller to capture the classic design of her gown.
The ceremony backdrop became a gorgeous blend of their personal style and love of the outdoors! The early autumn mountains spreading below their ceremony site would have been a gorgeous setting on its own, but that didn’t stop their florist from designer one of the most unique and personal ceremony settings that I have ever seen! Strands of bistro lighting with frosted blush globes flowed from the eaves of The Boettcher Mansion to the ceremony arbor, over the heads of seated guests. The arbor itself was draped in an elegant garland of greenery and peach roses, but the centerpiece was made of two bicycle wheels painted gold. The nod to their love of athleticism could not have been more gorgeously incorporated in a way that was unique and completely personal!
