Part III of this fun and fabulous bridal style collaboration is here at last, with a gorgeous blush wedding dress and the perfect hairstyle for a modern bridal tiara! It’s only fitting that Miss Hayley Paige debuted the perfect modern fairy tale wedding dress with her latest collection since she wore a stunning Haute Bride tiara on her wedding day!
The incredible blush and ivory floral Leah gown was the perfect showstopper to cap off this lovely series! The effortless drama of the modern princess gown called for something equally regal, and the T249 tiara from Haute Bride was an excellent fit. Like all of Haute Bride’s accessories, it can be made in any of their metal and stone colors, but the combination of silver, Mother of Pearl, and White Opal Swarovski crystals gorgeously complemented the matte ivory sequins creating the floral patterned adorning Leah’s bodice and skirt.
To showcase the tiara and the gown’s plunging neckline, Monina of Moderne Beauty created a romantic updo. To get the look, start with hair in loose waves or curls, like our first tutorial. Add height to the entire crown by taking small sections, backcombing, and spraying with hairspray.
Once the crown has been teased back, smooth out the top section, leaving out the sides and any bangs. Twist the smoothed hair into a coil at the base of the crown and pin in place.
Set the tiara in place with the combs set back from the temples. The band is designed to rest against the raised twist at the crown with the combs anchoring the tiara back from the temples. The design allows it to face towards the front, like a subtle tiara, rather than flush against the crown of the head like a headband.
With the tiara in place, continue adding volume to the back. Coil the tail of the anchored twist into a rosette and pin into place to finish off the pulled back crown.
Begin to pin back the loose strands, starting from the low temple. Leave the very front strands loose to finish off the look!
Alternate pinning back strands from the left and the right to create a layered look. Twist and coil each strand before pinning in the center, directly under the backcombed twist.

Create a face framing look by smoothing out the bangs and sweeping them back towards the crown and pinning in place! The end result is a romantic and classic look that pairs gorgeously with the drama of the gown. Delicate chandelier earrings finished off the look and complemented the bare neck and plunging neckline of the dress, while echoing the color and sparkle of the embroidered dress.
