An island escape may not be in the cards at the moment, but this red and gold Bali-inspired wedding shoot from Moose Studio and Alicia C. Creative is the next best thing! The ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ motif mixed luxurious couture bridal style with dramatic crimson and gold decor, tropical inspired floral details including the most stunning bougainvillea flower arch over the reception tables! Thai and Balinese-inspired details added elements of Southeast Asian to create a fabulous Asian-American fusion wedding!

Luxe wedding details will never go out of style, especially when they are as stunning as these invitations flatlays by Vidhi Dattani! The beautiful stationery suite combined lovely botanical illustrations that paired perfectly with the red and gold Bali-inspired wedding details, bamboo accents, and romantic wedding flowers.
The bride’s accessories were as bold as they come! Red platform shoes and tassel earrings were a fabulous way to incorporate the lucky color in many Chinese traditions into the bride’s attire! Add a vintage diamond cluster engagement ring in and antique box and pair with fun heels from Forever 21, and you have a fun mix of high-low details to finish off your wedding day style!
The bride’s couture wedding dress by Naama & Anat Haute Couture from Los Angeles bridal boutique ForLove Bridal was an absolute scene-stealer! The beaded lace dress was intricately detailed to create a luxe bridal silhouette, and the detachable overskirt amplified the drama! The glamorous gown was the perfect way to pull focus to the bride for portraits at the ultra-modern One Culver space, contrasting the futuristic urban architecture with the exquisite beauty of the bride and her wedding dress.
These red and gold Bali-inspired details leap out of the stunning photos by Moose Studio! The bride’s boldly colorful bouquet by Peonies and Petals added jewel toned color and texture from ranunculus, poppies, garden roses, hellebores, gloriosa fire lilies, mokara orchids, double tulips and camellias.
The groom got in on the couture action with a gold velvet tux jacket from Friar Tux, with a fire lily boutonniere to add a splash of even more color!
The reception details were chosen by Alicia C. Creative to evoke the tropical forests of Bali, contrasted with minimalist modern details in black acrylic. Better Together hand lettered the calligraphy signs that greeted guests with ‘Welcome to our Love Story’, and Vidhi Dattani lettered names onto tropical leaves to serve as organic escort cards.
The reception table was a true work of art! Arches over the table were wrapped in garlands of greenery and bougainvillea to create an indoor flower arch. The table linens and chairs were kept to organic neutrals, with blonde wood and tan tablecloths that served as a perfect canvas for the colorful flowers and red velvet napkins! MTB Rentals helped bring the vision to life with cane back chairs and stunning gold china to give the place settings a dramatic and luxurious feel.
Stands of bamboo plants were rented from The Crafty Stem to create a lush Bali-inspired tropical forest indoors – such a fun way to breathe life and greenery into an indoor wedding venue!
The bar served Southeast Asian inspired cocktails, with a lemongrass and Thai basil mojito, a spicy coconut martini, and non-alcoholic blooming flower tea! Palm fronds and bamboo fans added to the thoughtful details, with hand lettered quotes attached with a Thai saying, ‘Sincere kindness; true willingness to help others, even before they ask’.
The cake display added to the modern art gallery atmosphere of the wedding inspiration, with minimalist white columns wrapped in bougainvillea vines displaying the simple white and red cakes!
One last fabulous detail to wrap everything up? This floral parasol is the most fun way to wear flowers on your wedding day! The bride rocked this stunning addition to her wedding day attire! The bold pink flowers accented her dramatic red lip and smokey eye makeup and low curled ponytail by Glam 2 Go Beauty.
