This fabulous elopement shoot is full of playful pink wedding ideas, balloons, and confetti to create a whimsical celebration! Kelly Payeur Photography envisioned a playful wedding day that was filled with all things pink – from the heart balloon garland, the runner on the reception table for two, and the bride’s fabulous pink bouquet by Bad Rabbit Flowers! Hot pink, gold, and blush decor came together to create a stylish way to celebrate, along with a dose of fabulous fun!
We could all use a little color and cheer in our lives right now, and the pink hues in each whimsical detail are the perfect celebratory touch! the bride’s unique hexagon engagement ring from D. Cole Jewelers was the perfect way to propose with personal style! Yes to this stunning yellow gold ring and diamond studded band!
The bride and groom both wore white! Andrea’s Bridal in Portland, ME, dressed the couple for their intimate wedding day with white hot style. The bride’s Britton dress by Wtoo of Watters Bridal combined a full skirt and minimalist top with stunning texture thanks to a glitter tulle overlay! You can see the sparkle of her dress in every photo, adding stunning detail without overwhelming the streamlined dress!
The groom was just as stylish, thanks to a white suit jacket with black piping, set off by his black shirt and tie to create a monochrome tux look!
With venues for elopements and micro weddings on the rise, couples are getting creative! A co-working space like Union & Co in Bath, ME, became the perfect spot for this intimate wedding for two. The crisp white backdrop offered a clean canvas to play with details that reflected the couple’s personality, making even a minimalist wedding day feel personal and sweet.
Choosing one or two creative focal elements are the keys to creating a stunning wedding day even if there are no guests! The playful balloon garland for the ceremony backdrop and the bride’s stunning bouquet were the primary details for this stylish micro wedding, adding vibrant color and playing off the crisp black and white attire for the bride and groom!
For the flowers, Bad Rabbit Flowers combined blush pink peonies, ruffed white ranunculus and bold red poppies to echo the colors chosen for the balloons!
A Sweetheart Table for two created an intimate wedding reception, decked out in geometric gold decor, a pink silk table runner, and vintage compote centerpiece! Again, the goal was minimal details that combined texture and a little sparkle to make a statement! The reception styling reflected he playful pink wedding decor while using color to make a statement on the tabletop. The gold bead edging on the napkins added a perfect finishing detail!
An elopement ceremony can be just as meaningful as exchanging vows in front of all of your family and friends! Having an intimate celebration is a great chance to focus on each other and create intimate memories that can be so special to share with just your new spouse! The couple had their vows written out in calligraphy by Letter Home Design to create an amazing keepsake of the day!
Of course, you still get to celebrate! The couple toasted with cotton candy champagne cocktails, a perfect representation of the bubbly and whimsical elopement day! A confetti toss was the perfect way to close out this fun and fabulous micro wedding day!
