I don’t often use the term ‘love shoot’, but I can think of no better way to describe this unbelievably adorable sixties inspired shoot from Studio Amy Luna! Fellow photographer Lillabella Photography lent her hand as a designer to create a peace and love engagement that takes more than a nod from John Lennon and Yoko’s famous ‘Bed Peace, Hair Peace’ shoot! What I love is that they took elements of the original shoot but completely made it their own. The loose and scattered wall of flowers is the thing that dreams are made of!
If there is one thing that I can never resist when it comes to picking what to feature, it’s artistic use of color, and this shoot has it in spades! The cheerful, happy hues of the casual garden flowers are so perfectly placed against a backdrop of fresh white – the labels on vintage records, the ribbon streamers, the berry adorned cake, all perfect! I have to say, though, the vintage mint green beach cruiser – flowers in the basket, of course – might just be my favorite part!

The 60s styled shoot fulled with sweet and peaceful loves.I like the shoot, very beautiful!
This is so cool! That floral wall is the neatest, and the hand-drawn save the dates are great idea for any era!
What a lovely shoot!
I’m not even a fan of the sixties, and this is crazy adorable. That loose floral wall!
That’s so funny – it’s never been my era either (let’s be serious, this lady is all about the early 1900’s) but I simply love all of this!
I love everything about this love shoot!
This shoot is a trip! I love the floral piece sign and the Lennon sunnies. I don’t think those will EVER go out of style.
The 60’s {& 70’s for that matter!} were never my jam era wise, but this shoot is totally adorable and I am eating up all the floral details! Hard not to love it!
You and me both! If you’d told me I’d be thrilled to have a sixties shoot on the blog I’d have said you were crazy but I absolutely love their modern take on it while honoring that style! Glad you found something to love too!
