Pastel Charleston Vibes with Spring Flowers

 Sweetness and sparkle infused every detail of this lovely shoot, starting with the bride’s glittering Bella Belle Shoes and pearl engagement ring in a glittering halo. The beaded wedding dress by Theia Couture from Mount Pleasant Bridal combined a gorgeous fitted silhouette with vintage glamour. Hair stylist and makeup artist Wild Ivory Beauty played up that style with pin up curls to keep the bride’s look romantic!

Just a glimpse of the flower artistry to come – Juniper and Jasmine Designs created an incredible pastel palette that gave major Charleston vibes. Peach, pink, and yellow hues echoed the soft colors the city is known for and created a spring array of stunning flowers!

The ceremony took place in historic Charleston venue, 159 Rutledge, taking inspiration from the classical romance of the building. Juniper and Jasmine Designs created a floral archway that brought the garden indoors to the Rutledge Ballroom.

One of the venue’s restored brick fireplaces formed the backdrop for the awe inspiring Sweetheart Table. The light and airy space was a beautiful fit for the delicate colors of this spring palette, with sweet citrus colors from flowers, fruit, and candles decorating the tablescape. The fireplace itself added an incredible floral element, with overflowing greenery decor and modern lanterns to create a stunning backdrop.

The bride changed into a flirty chiffon party dress from Model Bride for dancing and the cake cutting!

Baker and the Farmer created a simple and sweet cake that was perfect for this intimate wedding! The single tier had an unfinished buttercream edge and natural floral accents that added to the organic feel of the dessert.
