I am in no way hyperbolic when I call this the most magical floral design I’ve ever seen! Today’s inspiration showcases the immense talent present in the Bay Area, with an absolutely enchanting collaboration between Carlie Statsky Photography, event designer, Going Lovely and floral artist Michelle Lywood. I must admit to a slight bias, but the incredible bohemian chic styling and gorgeous ranch venue speak for themselves!

The Most Magical Floral Wedding Details

I love wedding designers who don’t shy away from color, and this breathtaking shoot featured one of the most unique palettes I’ve ever seen. A romantic combination of lavender and rose gold was introduced by the marbled metallic invitation suite, with bold pops of mustard yellow to echo the California sunshine. The pastel flowers turned Gardener Ranch, a gem of a venue nestled in the picturesque Carmel Valley, into a veritable fairy tale – Michelle Lywood turned one of the venue’s trees into a veritable garden with a pastel rainbow ceremony backdrop. An aisle set with acrylic ghost chairs led to the organic ceremony ring, creating a beautifully natural setting that celebrated the venue itself.

To fit with the California chic style of the surroundings, planner Going Lovely selected elegant bohemian wedding dresses from Daughters Of Simone. The gowns featured chic off the shoulder necklines and flutter sleeves with textural crochet lace – the effortless lace dresses were a perfect fit for the elegant, unstructured bouquet of lilac, mauve, yellow, and a splash of bright pink!

The organic details continued into the reception set up, where a table set with luxe, natural decor awaited. Metallic birch patterned linens and a velvet table runner added added an earthy touch to the table set with modern gold place settings and clear ghost chairs. Floral chair decor gave the bride’s and groom’s seats a fairy tale aspect, while mustard yellow taper candles added a sunny pop. For the final touch, Just Bakecause created a marbled metallic drizzle cake that echoed the gorgeous textures of the invitation!
