I love it when inspiration springs out of nowhere – and today’s art nouveau wedding board did just that! It all started when I found that absolutely stunning watercolor and gold sequin cake table on The Every Last Detail – I knew I had to design something around the vibrant palette, but what? Things fell completely into place when I stumbled across the hand-painted art nouveau cookies from Sogi’s Honey Bakeshop, and today’s inspiration was born! The art style may be over a hundred years old, but today’s feature is all about modernizing it, making it new and fresh.
A background of glittering gold sequins punches up the intricately painted cookies and hand drawn calligraphy sign, carrying gorgeously into a sparkling wedding dress! Clean cut table numbers in matte gold, dipped votive candle holders glowing orange, and pops of vivid aqua carry the theme in ways that keep the vivid palette from becoming overwhelming. The warm hues of burnt orange and gold pair beautifully together, while the vibrant aqua blue adds cool undertones to balance things out. Keep table decors clean and minimalist to allow show-stopping details like the cake table to truly shine!

Love! 🙂
I love how well these colors work together! Those bouquets against the blue bridesmaid dresses are really lovely!
