Spring was just starting to make an appearance at River Bottoms Ranch, a white barn venue nestled in a valley overlooking the Wasatch Mountains in northern Utah! The elegant venue inspired floral designer and stylist Amber Reverie to dream up this luxe farmhouse inspiration, with a stunning lace wedding dress by Emily Riggs Bridal and dreamy moss green and lilac purple flowers! The magical photos by Kristen Kay Photography showcase the power of film in the magical spring light!
Amber Reverie drew the beauty of the venue in for the floral inspiration, with rolling horse pastures and snow-capped mountains in the distance setting the scene for this beautiful white barn wedding inspiration. The bride’s bouquet of early spring lilacs and moody hellebore inspired the palette of earthy green and purple that would carry throughout.
No one does a lace wedding dress like Emily Riggs Bridal! The couture lace of her gold Matera gown added luxe texture and metallic shimmer to the airy barn space. The blush tulle drop veil was made to match with gold lace trim adding to the sheer romance!
The reception was set in the barn’s Great Hall, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the valley and the mountains beyond. Amber Reverie paired moss green velvet tablecloths with unstructured arrangements of spring flowers, grasses, and mushrooms to add an organic element to the table decor!
Wild grasses, ferns, and moss were incorporated into dainty arrangements or displayed in bud vases, with river rocks winding through to add to the flow.
Touches of gold from the glass chargers and filmy linen napkins added delicate touches to the strong elements from velvet linens, matte black flatware, and cane back chairs to complement the modern farmhouse feel.
A late afternoon rain shower provided the perfect ambiance, adding pearly light to the stunning portraits.
Flour and Flourish channeled the first breath of spring with this moody blue and gray wedding cake adorned with white chocolate shiplap and just blooming sprigs of flowering branches!
When the bride is also a ballerina, these incredible portraits are a must! Using the sliding barn doors as the perfect picture frame, Kristen Kay Photography captured the beauty of grace in motion!

Everything was absolutely stunning, even though the weather was a little gloomy! Thank you so much for sharing!!
I actually love that moody, stormy light! It added such an element of romance, although everything was already so stunning on its own!
