Today’s loft wedding shoot owes equal parts to the urban warehouses of downtown LA and the breweries of Hartford, Connecticut. Callie Heilmann of Hartford Prints! visualized a romantic, industrial wedding for two modern grooms, and I think it’s safe to say she and her team nailed it! Brooklyn Tailors and Hartford Denim Co. came up with the perfect Brooklyn styled looks for this handsome pair, in bespoke charcoal and navy suits. Guests were treated to a ‘bow tie bar’ where they could pick the accessory of their choice, snap a picture, and add it to the guest book!
Cocktails and boardgames were set up for the cocktail hour – vintage furniture and games added a retro flair to the post-modern industrial space, while local brewery, Back East Brewing Company, provided a selection of craft beers for a flight tasting! Minimalist dining tables were set up, adorned with bright splashes of color from flowers in light bulb vases. The floral team at Whim Events kept to the theme with unexpected, masculine flowers in the theme colors of bright orange and vivid blue – pincushion protea, thistle, orchids, and leonotiskept things simple but fun!

This is such a fab shoot! The details are all so stylish. love it.
I love this fun and funky modern vibe! The florals are perfect for it!
Love this shoot! And I agree with Krisstin, the light bulb vases are FAB…as are the unique glasses in the last image.
This shoot is perfection. I am obsessing over those light bulb vases with the bright florals!
They’re so much fun – especially with those rich colors!
