Heavenly Celestial Ideas for a Winter Sky Wedding

Happy Pride month! I’m kicking off June with this heavenly celestial shoot featuring the most gorgeous of LGBTQ couples! This beautiful collaboration between Christina Tooley Photography and Whiskey and Wine Events combined breathtaking starry night details with earthy crystal and geode decor. Sprinkle in modern geometric accents, a bohemian moon goddess gown, and a sparkling celestial accents, and it all comes together like it was written in the stars!

Heavenly Celestial Ideas for a Winter Sky Wedding

Beautiful starry sky invitations from KP Calligraphy set the celestial theme for the rest of these heavenly wedding ideas!

The bride looked like a celestial goddess in the Shooting Star dress by Lillian West! The crystal embroidery echoed the night sky and sheer bell sleeves added a bohemian vibe. Rock crystal headpieces by Forever Brooch Bouquets gave the bride’s and bridesmaid’s hair a touch of earthy sparkle.

Chiffon bridesmaid dresses in mismatched blues gave the bridal party a Grecian goddess look with flowy and romantic gowns from Bella Bridesmaids. Hair stylists Laura Moore Beauty and Sara Julianna Beauty accented the loose updos and braids with rock crystal jewelry!

Whiskey and Wine Events dreamed up a circular ceremony archway in keeping with the modern geometric style of the wedding shoot. The full moon shape created a signature pattern that they would add to the rest of the decor!

This gorgeous same sex couple each brought their own style to the wedding, with a celestial inspired gown from Lambs Hill Bridal Boutique and a navy blue suit from The Little Black Tux.

The exposed brick and reclaimed wood walls of The Factoria at Charles Point really let the night sky theme shine!

Geometric shapes and geodes decorated the Head Table, adorned with a blue sequin tablecloth from Durants Party Rentals. The deep blue and silver accents for the reception were a classic celestial look, with a hoop centerpiece by Maple Field Floral for a fresh, modern touch!

Their love was ‘written in the stars’ thanks to these hand lettered chair signs!

Loving these goddess looks with romantic updos and raw healing crystal headpieces!

Sweetbakes Cafe created a gorgeous rock crystal cake with white buttercream icing and blue and silver geode details to suit the colors of the shoot!

Christina Tooley Photography captured the most romantic portraits of the brides on the venue’s deck overlooking the Hudson River!
