You can never have too much champagne wedding inspiration, so today’s gold and champagne wedding from Eye Wander Photo could not come at a better time! Katherine and Jeff took inspiration for their wedding day style from the elegant surroundings of The Orleans Club, where their ceremony and reception took place. Katherine’s stunning vintage gown would not have looked out of place in the historic manor’s heyday, with a delicately embroidered lace overlay hanging in delicate, beaded handkerchief layers over a gold silk column gown. She finished it off with a sweet, braided updo, gold bow heels, vintage earrings.

The ceremony took place in front of the historic manor house, under a spreading, centuries-old oak tree. The setting was fitting, as the couple’s last name, Chenier, is French for ‘oak tree’! Bridesmaids complemented the couple’s elegant color scheme in gold and champagne dresses. Their delicate bouquets of ivory roses and hydrangeas beautifully echoed Katherine’s clutch of ivory peonies.

The reception took place in the grand halls of the manor itself. The elegant surroundings perfectly lent themselves to the beautiful period piece feel of Katherine and Jeff’s wedding, and allowed them to focus more on their guests than on the decor. The overwhelming luxury of the manor itself meant that little additional decoration was needed – ivory and delicate peach flowers complemented their color scheme and blended seamlessly into the beauty of the venue. A classic four-tier wedding cake in their signature colors was the only addition they needed! The gorgeous leaded glass windows of the estate, accented with jewel-bright drops of ruby and emerald, cast gorgeous light over their celebration.
