If your New Year’s Resolution included seeing the world, this Tuscan destination wedding is the perfect way to kick off the new year! The olive groves and vineyards of the hillside town of Calci were infused with rich golden light, perfectly illuminating the gorgeous bride to be in the enchanting, natural setting, and gorgeously captured byAlexis Rose Photography!
Pisa-based wedding planner La Bottega del Sogno created the shoot to showcase the natural beauty of the Italian countryside. The organic beauty of the surroundings was effortlessly carried into each and every detail, from handmade Italian lace in the bride’s dress, to freshly picked grapes adorning the table, to sprigs of olives accenting each place setting. The dusty green of the olive groves set the tone for the shoot’s palette, with delicate, natural colors offset by rich purple and mauve to echo the area’s winemaking culture.
Gorgeous details abound, from the rich stone backdrop of the Italian villa to the fruit and flower runner adorning the welcoming table in the courtyard. This lady’s personal favorite – the rustic swing turned into a dessert station with heart shaped cookies!
An ethereal gown by Italian designer Larimeloom was exquisitely styled with delicate gold jewelry and a statement-making black diamond ring. To stay in keeping with the natural locale, floral designer LaBotanique created a bouquet of ivory, dusty green, and purple, along with a matching floral crown. A soft waterfall braid and bare feet completed the effortless bridal look!
