It’s cozy inside the white barn at Providence Vineyard, a rustic chic Chicagoland venue, where Graceful Events and Parker Drive Event Co. were inspired by the end of wedding season and the start of a new season. While fall and winter aren’t traditionally considered wedding season in parts of the country, there is ample inspiration and design options for a cozy, intimate off-season wedding! Fall in the Vineyards is the Best Time to Get Married

The sage green, dusty blue, and gold color scheme was dreamed up by designer Parker Drive Event Co., who also created all of the stunning seasonal floral arrangements. The combination of chilly winter colors and warm neutral tones perfectly showcased the shifting seasons, inviting couples to dream of a wedding date outside of traditional summer months. Stationery designer Hall Creative Co. brought the palette to life with colored envelopes, silk ribbons, and gold wax seals.

The posh bridal suite in the upper levels of the white barn venue provided the perfect space for getting ready photos! The farmhouse charm and shiplap walls were accented by a gorgeous vintage vanity and full-length mirror to capture each moment of preparing for the wedding.

Descending the stairs for this First Look in the foyer amped up the momentous moment – allowing the couple to lock eyes as they got closer for an emotional moment with no one but the photographer present!

The soaring barn ceiling and airy shiplap walls offered a stunning space for an indoor ceremony, perfect for gathering at any time of year. White washed cross back chairs and airy arrangements of dried grass, foraged greenery, and neutral flowers centered the couple in the grand space to bring the focus to their intimate wedding ceremony.

How gorgeous is the bride’s Alena Leena wedding dress from Strike Bridal Bar? The classic A-line silhouette and scooped neckline are perfect for a traditional bride, while the embroidered vine and leaf pattern adds a softer indie charm that can appeal to a more modern style! Hair stylist and makeup artist team Luxe kept the bridal beauty look natural to complement the focus on seasonal flowers and colors while adding to her luminous look!

The gorgeous farmhouse-inspired indoor wedding reception used seasonal touches to crate an elevated tablescape. Foraged greenery, dried grass, and touches like seasonal fruit, berries, and wheat added to the organic feel of the sage green and gold place setting details from Tablescapes.

The fresh cut fruits along the long tabletop turned the entire reception into a grazing table, with the centerpiece as a gorgeously arranged charcuterie board from Fork It Foods!

A champagne flute wall is the best way to get the party started, alongside an irresistible dessert display! Julie Michelle Cakes created an artful dessert with a silky fondant drape in icy blue, with dried grass and eucalyptus bells to add an organic touch that fit the season to perfection. Autumnal spiced pear cider cocktails added a seasonal flavor with the perfect warming touch!

Before the sun set over the slumbering vines, the team took to the vineyards and fields for a golden hour portrait session! The couple cuddled under blankets on a vintage linen settee for a sweet outdoor portrait shoot, followed by a fun jam session that celebrated their love of music!
