Fall Flavors – Copper and Cranberry for a Winery Wedding
It’s hard to find a more romantic venue for a wedding than vineyards when the leaves are turning the jeweled shades of fall, and Byington Winery is no exception! The gorgeous vineyard estate combines the elegance of a winery with the rugged surroundings of the mountains and this lovely shoot showcases both styles to lovely effect. An autumnal palette of cranberry and copper suited the award winning Pinot Noir fields, creating a dramatic and seasonal color combination. Blumenkiss picked up the vibrant colors in floral arrangements of fall dahlias and chrysanthemum, along with late summer roses and jasmine. The jewel toned flowers decorated a rustic farm table for the bride and groom, with clean earthenware place settings.
To complement the romance of the venue, the team chose a gown from Bay Area designer, Ju.Lee Collection. The plunging sweetheart neckline and lingerie inspired details added a sexy, modern touch to the classic A-line silhouette and full tulle skirt. Luminous makeup and a side braid added to the natural feel of the winery.
The flavors of fall were on full display, with a Moscow Mule cocktail taking center stage. The signature copper mugs added a modern metallic touch, while the venue provided an autumnal cheese tray with fruits, prosciutto, and nuts to complement the whiskey and ginger. An amazing white tiered cake from Ma Petite Maison Cake Design was accented with fall fruit and figs to give it the perfect seasonal touch!

Ahh this is a great article! I love love love it! Some of these ideas are so simple but sooooo beautiful! I am definitely going to have steal one (or maybe even a few) of these ideas for my own big day! I’ve been obsessed with the whole rural theme for years now so this is perfection for me! I mean this is literal wedding goals – those copper cups and that charcuterie board are to die for (please tell me I spelt that right haha)! Gahhh honestly though wedding planning is so stressful. The struggle to get that luxury wedding dream fairytale affair is real. I know everyone says it but there’s just so so so much to think about! I really think I might just hire a wedding/events planner. I’m just not very good at this whole thing! Plus my fiance is just no help at all (I mean I love him to pieces but when it comes to organising things he’s as useless as a chocolate teapot). Does anyone actually know of any party planners? I don’t want the ceremony planned, just the after party bit as that’s where I’m really struggling the most! I read in a magazine about a company called Scarlet Events (this is their site: https://www.scarletevents.com/ ) Has anyone used them or been to a party where they’ve hosted? Obviously they look great but I really wanted to read some reviews from fellow brides and wedding goers first! So if anyone has been to any of their events I would love you forever if you could give me any reviews and opinions on them! Thanks everyone! (Sorry for the long post – just call me bridezilla – my fiance does!) x
