One of the hardest things about planning a COVID-era wedding is missing out on some of the most fun parts of being engaged – showers and bachelorette trips and just celebrating with your nearest and dearest. If you (like my bridal party and family) have been struggling to find the joy in planning your 2021 wedding day, this fabulous fuchsia micro wedding brings it in a big way! Some of my favorite Bay Area wedding pros teamed up at Party Crush Studio to create this vibrant, joyful, and beautiful way to safely celebrate in style! Stunning images by Sarahi Hadden Photography showcase the mesmerizing colorful flowers by floral artist Le Bloomerie, along with luxurious velvet textiles, and gorgeous rental pieces from Lux Event Rentals!
A Fuchsia Micro Wedding with Fabulous Indoor Garden Flowers
Color saturates this amazing film wedding photos from the first moment, with hand dyed raspberry pink silk velvet ribbons, coral charm peonies, and vintage gold details to set off the beautiful elopement invitations by Hand Lettered By Tiffany.
Fabulous Fuchsia Micro Wedding Ceremony Ideas
The aesthetic for this fabulous fuchsia wedding? The perfect balance between exuberant, over the top flowers in every shade of pink and chic bridal style. Bay Area florist Le Bloomerie created a stunning sculptural bouquet for the bride, with enormous peonies, ruffled roses, delicate astilbe, and blush silk ribbons to tie it off. The beautifully textured bouquet and the layered shades of pink, fuchsia, and blush were balanced by the bride’s fitted mermaid dress from Lulus Weddings. The curve-hugging crepe wedding dress with side cut outs and a halter neck created a minimalist silhouette – with a figure-flattering shape! – that added the perfect contrast to the cloud of pink flowers hanging over the ceremony site and the clustered arrangements that created a magical altar!
Whether or not your wedding guest count is two or two hundred, having a spectacular ceremony is worth the splurge for your micro wedding. The photos create life-long memories of the most amazing day of your life and this exuberant flower oasis – and the bride’s matching floral headpiece – create a once-in-a-lifetime way to celebrate!
Read to get cozy for an intimate micro wedding reception? Blush velvet tablecloths and a silk runner added opulent texture to this petite table – the Mid-Century modern chairs from Lux Event Rentals combine wooden pin legs and pink velvet to create a sink-into-me atmosphere.
Luxe Blush Velvet Mini Wedding Reception
Gold starburst glass chargers, red taper candles, and amazing centerpieces of white and pink peonies, garden roses, and dinner plate dahlias added the most joyful color to this long reception table!
Repurposed ceremony flowers added a stunning surround to the dinner table, creating a vibrant garden atmosphere despite the indoor venue!
Looking for the perfect way to make an elopement announcement? A vintage gold-framed mirror turned calligraphy sign by Hand Lettered By Tiffany announced ‘We Do. We Did. We Eloped.’ Imagine the impact these photos will have to introduce the newlyweds!
