It should come as no surprise to anyone who has read my blog before, but I am a huge graphic design and typography nerd – so when Wedding Paper Divas approached me about collaborating on a design board, what could I say but YES! I did a little happy dance, and then I took a peek at their fab new Bridal Shower Invitations to see what inspired me. Since I love bright color, it was hard to resist the fuchsia and coral watercolor Artful Expression suite.
The fabulously vibrant palette led me to a cheerful, modern bridal shower inspiration filled with charming, DIY details! Fresh florals – like this floral chandelier and gorgeous blooming drink stirrers – make a gorgeous contrast against a white backdrop. Keeping the base – walls, linens – a crisp white makes the pops of intense color more effective. Balloons in a colorful palette appear elegant against the expanse of white, while a runner of oversized confetti and swirling watercolor escort cards stands out against a white tabletop.

This is absolutely so pretty! (Loving those red shoes!)
So much prettiness here, makes me smile! Love the chandelier as well and those DIY fresh flower stirrers are also a favourite of mine. Those watercolour hearts would be so cute as cupcake toppers on tiny little sticks or you could even use them to make garlands – lots of great possibilities!
Love these colors! The roses hanging upside down are amazing!
Aren’t they fun? I love the idea of a flower chandelier – two of my favorite things combined!
