The beauty of minimalist is on full display in this ethereal wedding shoot from Heather K Cook Photography at a workshop hosted by Cassie Valente Photography! Beautiful Wild Design dreamed up this enchanting wedding inspiration to capture the romance of the sky just before sunset, with a subtle motif that evokes wisps of cloud in a twilight sky.
Ethereal Wedding Ideas with Modern Minimalism
When it came to creating an ethereal wedding inspired by the sky, Beautiful Wild Design pulled out all the stops! A wedding gown with fluttering chiffon sleeves and a partially sheer back added just the right amount of elegance while creating a soft and romantic look that was as light as a cloud. Softly blushing makeup and a loose updo helped the look feel finished without being too polished. The bouquet of fluffy peonies, roses, and Queen Anne’s Lace created a whimsical line against the bride’s Elaya Vaughn gown with the addition of soft wild grasses and foraged leaves.
Dreamy hues of blue and white create the ethereal cloudscape this team envisioned, but there was still plenty of room for a little glam! Rose gold flatware and clear glass candlesticks kept the minimal table decor from feeling too simple, while the hand painted backdrop and scatter of flower buds added lovely depth to the reception decor. The single tier wedding cake added just the right amount of detail with flecks of gold leaf and dainty flowers!
