Elegant Chicago Black-Tie Wedding in Cream and Gold by Rebecca Marie Photography

It just doesn’t get any more lovely than Dena and Travis’s elegant, classic wedding, filled with the trappings of Chicago High Society. Dena looks like nothing so much than a socialite of days gone by with her handmade birdcage veil and Tiffany’ jewels, not to mention her amazing pearl adorned gown by Jenny Yoo! This Classic Bride put together an unforgettable day that’s elegant from start to finish and full of the loveliest details.

As if this couple weren’t photogenic enough in their black-tie attire, Rebecca Marie Photography had the pleasure of capturing their wedding against the sweeping Chicago skyline and the soaring ceiling of downtown’s The Rookery. An architectural icon in a city full of gorgeous buildings, The Rookery is not only a landmark of downtown Chicago but the historic lobby where they said their vows was redesigned by none other than Frank Lloyd Wright! Floral designer the Scarlet Petal wisely kept the florals chic and elegant against the impressive backdrop, adding texture to the tables with brushed metal and lush white florals – not to mention her incredible, sculptural bouquets!
