Whether your wedding style is to go big with statement flowers or keep it intimate with delicate arrangements, this dusty mauve and gold editorial shoot is filled to the brim with the most lovely floral inspiration! RSVP Floral Design styled one of the first ever weddings at Circle Oak Ranch outside San Diego, and drew plenty of inspiration from the rustic elegant wedding venue to create this stunning vintage bridal shoot with Carrie McGuire Photography!
Hand lettered gold calligraphy from Something Lettered made for the sweetest invitations, paired with coral, peach, and orange flowers on a vintage tray to create the perfect flatlay, dedicated to color and sweet !etails@
Flowers were truly at the heart of this romantic ranch wedding, and RSVP Floral Design knew just how to make a statement! The bride carried a hand tied bouquet with ruffled peonies and dusty mauve garden roses along with light foliage, tied with silk ribbons to flutter against her gown!
Gorgeous hand lettered vow books by Sea & Sun Calligraphy were the sweetest keepsake of the day!
The guide for the bride’s style was ‘rustic luxe’, and this stunning lace gown from The Dress Theory in San Diego was such a dream! The off the shoulder neckline with illusion netting and delicate embroidered vines beautifully suited the rustic elegance of the venue. Sandra Michelle Artistry played off the natural beauty of the bride and the surroundings for romantic rosy makeup and a half-updo with long, loose curls. The accessories added a touch of sparkle while keeping with an organic style, thanks to jeweled branch earrings and a floral hair vine!
RSVP Floral Design knew the 500 year old oak that gives Circle Oak Ranch its name had to feature as a major focal point for the ceremony! The owners, Ron & Jennifer, were one of the first couples to exchange vows under the tree during its time as a working ranch, and RSVP did their wedding flowers!
When designing for such a wide open location with so much greenery and trees in the
Designer and florist Monica of RSVP Floral Design
background, it’s important that each area of florals makes a strong visual impact in and of itself –
or the effort could get lost in the vast space. So, starting with the property’s iconic 500 year old
ceremony oak tree, I gave it a lush installation of blooms directly onto the trunk in shades of
white with a slight hint of peach and blush. This created a well defined focal point for the “altar.”
White washed barn tables from Rustic Urban Events were set on the terrace to overlook the rolling hills and Southern California countryside. Darker walnut chairs popped against the light and airy reception design!
The table decor from Signature Party Rentals added luxe gold detailing with scalloped edge plates and elegant glass flutes. A blush silk table runner from BBJ Linen layered warmer tones into the color palette, complementing the stunning statement flower arrangements in stone urns, with full and ruffled garden
roses as the focal point accented by dainty Japanese butterfly ranunculus and feathery foliage.
Individual place cards adorned the luxe silk napkins, with names hand written on glazed lantern shaped tiles for an elegant and personal touch!
Cakes to Celebrate! created this sweet two tiered cake – the elegantly minimal style made an incredible impact paired with a tall cake stand and delicately adorned with ranunculus and astilbe blossoms!
