I am fully ready for spring with this forest green and blushing peach palette! Imagine bridal portraits along a garden path, dappled leaf-green shadows cast over the delicately blooming flowers, with a rustic lodge nestled at the end of the lane. There’s more greenery inside, silvered garlands strung from raw wood rafters, glowing in the light of a vintage crystal chandelier.
I drew inspiration from the beautiful private estates settled into the Santa Cruz mountains on jewel bright lawns among the shadowed redwoods. Nestldown is the most famous, with extensive grounds and gardens surrounding a gracious lodge, the perfect blending of rustic and elegant. Writers and artists made their retreat in the mountains, equally distant from the sea and the woods, and now their sanctuaries play host to the loveliest parties in the Bay Area. I wanted to capture that tranquil beauty with the quiet luxury and natural textures in this board.

What a beautiful board. So dreamy and elegant!
What a gorgeous board!
So cozy and pretty! I am so in love with all of the gorgeous flowers in this board and the palette is just perfect!
Yes! Those light and rick moss greens with creamy pinks is marvelous!
I love that this board not only represents an idea and theme, but an actual place one could visit! If it looks like this, it sounds wonderful! Love this muted green & pink – that image of the rings on the book is just speaking to me!
