Bohemian Wedding Reception with Hanging Moroccan Lanterns

Warm shades of taupe and rose added to the gorgeous wedding invitation design by Kelly Design Co, with a pop of turquoise to add gorgeous detail! Silk ribbons and a sequin bridal mask from Party Crush Studio added to the elegant textiles, along with fronds of dried grasses to elevate the feeling of a Northern California summer.

Stellar Northern California florist Bellevue Floral Co combined heirloom roses in sunset pinks, warm gold, and creamy taupe with fronds of dried grass to create this bohemian bridal bouquet. The textural combination played perfectly against the fit and flare lace wedding dress from Central Coast bridal shop Epiphany Boutique!

The dreamy blended colors of a custom backdrop painted by Suzy Pierce Art provided the most stunning canvas for these studio bridal portraits!

Looking for a chic and low key bridal accessory? This woven straw hat with an heirloom rose brim made for a perfect topper! The raw edge fringe made a gorgeous call-back to the bride’s rose and dried grass bouquet!

Shades of taupe added a warm glow to this indoor wedding reception! The golden wood pedestal table echoed the woven straw lanterns and wood bead chandelier that were artfully grouped over the Sweetheart table. Clusters of roses and clouds of baby’s breath turned the lantern decor into creative hanging centerpieces!

To keep up the airy sunset colors and natural textures, the event team dressed the round dining table with dip dyed blush and white plates, a silk table runner, and an off-center flower arrangement in a cloud of baby’s breath! The area rug made of woven palm straw added an outdoor rustic texture to the indoor reception!

A brass Balinese accent table created an eye-catching display table for Etta Avenue Cakes‘ stunning cake. Inspired by the warm end of summer colors, she created a three tier sculptural cake, with fresh roses and molded buttercream decorations. The gold hoop cake topper was adorned with dried grasses and sugar sails to add to the stunning textures and depth of this work of art cake!

The stunning hanging Moroccan lantern display was repurposed into a cozy seating area! The curved rattan lovebird sofa was accented with Moroccan wedding blanket pillows to add a little dazzle and shine, and surrounded by airy flower arrangements. This stunning combination of palm straw decor created a stunning bower, bringing the relaxed atmosphere of Bali into this Northern California event space!
