Need a little extra cheer in your day? This blue and yellow Florida wedding from Everence Photography and Ashton Events Planning & Design is filled with happy colors, and the sweetest, personal details! Maggie and Nick celebrated their home in Lakeland, FL, with their stunning wedding at Haus 820, filling the industrial white brick venue with whimsical floral details, a national parks guest book, and delicious desserts! Their beautiful wedding was a true celebration of the couple and those they love, including the sweetest nods to both of their grandfathers!
Their cheerful wedding day details started with lovely yellow, white, and green flowers for every little detail, including their minimalist invitation flatlay! The bright and happy colors were the perfect introduction to this exuberant blue and yellow wedding day!
Talk about a stylish wedding party! The bride found her bridal separates on BHLDN, combining a long sleeve lace body suit with a chiffon skirt. Her bridesmaids worse two piece dresses from Shop Revelry, with dusty blue skirts to play off the cheerful yellow bouquets. Even the Mother of the Bride looked especially chic with a navy blue off the shoulder dress!
The couple, who met at Campbell University in 2010, shared an unseen moment before their first look, exchanging letters that shared how excited they were to marry each other.
The couple had a chance to include all of their loved ones in their special day – their Rhodesian Ridgeback wore a bow tie to mingle with the bridal party, and although the bride’s grandfather wasn’t able to make it, he illustrated the front page of their ceremony program!
To make their ride from the church to the reception even more special, the couple rode in the Groom’s Grandpa’s restored ’57 Chevy!
The white brick warehouse venue at Haus 820 gave the couple and their planning and design team, Ashton Events Planning & Design, a chance to create a spectacular reception! Greenery installations on the walls added a whimsical garden detail to the industrial space, while they combined blue and yellow glasses to add indigo and amber to the white lace tablecloths!
They included lots of fun details in their reception decor, from the round mirror seating chart with floral accents to the map guest book celebrating their favorite vacation destinations – national parks!
To add lacy white details to their cheerful blue and yellow color palette, they chose floral embroidered table linens for their gorgeous cake and dessert display! They chose a simple cream cheese wedding cake from Publix, with a dessert bar of their favorites from Born & Bread – chocolate chip cookies, bread pudding, and banana pudding!
