The elegant grounds of Falconhurst, a country estate with extensive romantic gardens in an historic setting, provided the most romantic backdrop for this stunning fine art shoot! 

British Wedding Style with Country Garden Charm

When planning this lovely wedding inspiration, Julie Michaelsen Photography wanted to blend the classic beauty of an English country garden with styling that felt fresh and modern! The bride’s stunning wedding gown from Katya Katya Shehurina Bridal managed to strike that perfect balance, with a Victorian-inspired high neck and long lace sleeves paired with a striking open back trimmed in romantic lace. Floral designer  Jennifer Pinder was inspired by the setting in the Garden of England to create luxurious summer arrangements of peonies, hellebore, garden roses, and stock in delicate shades of white and blush pink. The groom looked the part of an English gentleman in his bespoke navy suit with a tweed waistcoat. Every sweet detail added up to a timeless wedding day with modern British style!
