Bridal Glam Meets Organic Florals in this Italian Inspired Wedding

Alyssa and Gianluca became husband and wife in an intimate and touching ceremony in the greenery adorned courtyard of the The Villa San Juan Capistrano villa. The historic elegance of the and golden stones of the ruins at the neighboring Mission San Juan Capistrano added a touch of Italy that appealed to groom Gianluca and his family’s heritage. This couple planned a truly stunning wedding day with the help of Joy n’ Company Events, a Southern California event specialist. When it came to creating a memorable and gorgeous day to remember, they opted for organic flowers, a delicate pastel color palette, and incredibly glamorous style.

Alyssa chose a beautifully embellished Galia Lahav mermaid gown that featured an intricate beaded pattern. The geometric print added a modern touch to the old world grandeur of their venue, while Lavenders Flowers played up the romance of the wedding dress with a dreamy bouquet of garden roses, white lilacs, and eucalyptus. The soft nude and ivory palette and romantic spring flowers set the tone for the couple’s delicate color palette.

Greenery was in abundance throughout their wedding day, thanks to the ivy covered walls of the courtyard at the Villa San Juan Capistrano. Alyssa and Gianluca exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony that took full advantage of the venue’s beauty. Floral garlands created a simple and romantic altar, with a wisteria vine backdrop and subtle greenery lining the aisles. Tables set in the open air courtyard were marked with modern gold table numbers and floral arrangements in nude, peach, coral, and ivory. Their wedding cake was also adorned in fresh spring blooms for a soft and romantic effect!
