Bold Colors and Modern Sparkle in Palm Springs

It’s hard to believe that this incredible Palm Springs affair from onelove photography is a real wedding! Kendrick and Aron celebrated their nuptials with an impossibly stylish Southern California soirée at Toscana Country Club. The dream team of designer Jesi Haack Design, coordinator The Love Riot and florist JL Designs created a day filled with coral peonies, modern sparkle, and stunning vistas of the desert.

Aron and Kendrick’s blend of desert glam and glittering details is the perfect fit for a Palm Springs wedding day. The dramatic setting of the desert resort set the scene for a relaxed glam affair. The couple held their First Look under the lush arbors of the club’s garden, affording them a quiet moment among the grounds before the ceremony. Their ceremony took place with the sprawl of the mountains in the distance – no other decor was needed with that serene backdrop.

The elegantly glittering beaded overlay of the bride’s gown set the tone for stunning sparkle throughout the wedding – from the bridesmaids’ navy sequin cocktail dresses, the feathers dipped in glitter for escort cards, and the champagne sequin linens adorning tables in the elegant reception. To create a romantic oasis in the center of the desert, their design team outfitted the reception canopy with delicate blush draping, strands of bistro lighting, and crystal chandeliers. The matte gold sequins on the tables received a bright infusion of color from citrus hued centerpieces in shades of coral, peach, and orange. Enormous peonies and pincushion protea took center stage in white ceramic vessels, with table numbers fashioned out of woven vines to add a pop of greenery. Bold colors, custom signage in ikat prints, and sweet accents in gold glitter added a modern feel to their glam desert reception!
