This Southern chic wedding added a winter touch of their chic black and white color palette with decor in pale blue and gold. The bride’s crystal Hayley Paige wedding dress added a touch of sparkle to rival the crystal chandeliers that lit up their garden reception!

Black Tie Glam Wedding with Southern Style

Following their heartfelt church ceremony, Kristen and Steve’s family and friends joined them at the historic William Aiken House, an 18th century manor house in the heart of Charleston. Technical Event Company turned the elegant formal gardens into a Southern winter wonderland, with strands of bistro lights and hanging lanterns illuminating the reflecting pool. A display of hand painted watercolor landscapes from their travels guided guests to their seats in the grand ballroom. Winter greenery, snowy white flowers, and silver dusty miller decorated the long tables set under crystal chandeliers. The couple added a personal touch with custom monograms throughout the wedding, from their reception bar to a sugar version on their wedding cake!
