A Barn Wedding Blending Modern Glam and Rustic Elegance

When it comes to designing a barn wedding, Georgia-based Glorious Moments Photography wanted to add a high-end, modern, and luxurious spin to the traditionally rustic decor. This stunning French inspired barn wedding shoot manages to perfectly elevate country style with a glamorous Hayley Paige wedding dress, a fuchsia pink and blue color palette, and modern bohemian decor!

A Barn Wedding Blending Modern Glam and Rustic Elegance

The Barn at Oak Manor outside Atlanta, Georgia was the perfect venue for this modern spin on a rustic barn wedding! Sara Gillianne Weddings & Events used the barn and surrounding oak forest to create a romantic woodland spin on a Southern wedding day. The dreamy Remmington wedding gown by Hayley Paige, with its flowing a-line skirt and illusion sleeves embroidered with leaves and flowers, was a gorgeous fit for the blend of rustic glamour that embodied this shoot. The groom looked equally stylish in his black suit and bow tie, with a bold fuchsia pink boutonniere that echoed the colors in the rest of the decor.

They added a modern bohemian vibe to the ceremony by using the barn wood as a backdrop for a sleek and simple copper and greenery altar on a vintage rug. The geometric decor continued into the reception held in the barn itself, incorporating hanging glass and metal prisms onto the tabletop installation. Madison McCall Design hand lettered geometric acrylic escort cards to accent the place settings, overhung with flowers from the romantic spring floral centerpieces. Individual menu cards combined hand lettered courses with a gold wood grain pattern to combine the chic and rustic elements together!

The dramatic colors carried into the cake table, with a gorgeous geometric confection from Peche Petite Boutique Bakery. The marbled frosting and fresh pink flowers tied in wonderfully with the modern styling and added a dose of bright color! Individual champagne bottle favors invited guests to partake with hand lettered ‘Drink Me’ tags as the perfect finishing touch!
