I hope you’re prepared to be utterly charmed by this anniversary shoot that’s straight out of a forest fairytale! This sweet shoot celebrates the incredible talent of a group of Ohio wedding pros rallied by Mintwood Photo Co. and Canteen Organic Bakery, and a lovely couple celebrating two years of marriage.
Canteen Organic Bakery created a gorgeous farm to table inspired dessert spread that would be right at home at any rustic autumn wedding. A petite spice cake, pear galettes, and chocolate chunk cookies made for a delicious display among a farmer’s market worthy spread of seasonal pears, pumpkins, and artichokes. In lieu of models, the planners asked recently married friends to participate in the shoot, giving them the chance to dress up in their wedding day attire and celebrate an anniversary of sorts.
Meg and Aaron perfectly fit the part of a woodland fairy tale in clothes from local vintage shop, Gayle’s Vintage Clothing. Meg’s chic ivory lace shift dress was the perfect choice for the sweetly bohemian vibe of the shoot! A crown of fall foliage and ivory blossoms and a loose, foraged bouquet added just the right bridal touch. Local designer MaryBeth Huntington also created a gorgeous statement arrangement of blush roses and protea blooms mixed with deep burgundy leaves and seasonal greenery, with hints of gold from metallic vines!
