A Romantic, Woodsy Inspiration Board

Requested by gatesalexandria – a very sweet and devoted reader who also requested what became my vintage lace board –

“I would love to see a board for a very small (one or two bridesmaids) personal wedding … very romantic and young wedding but with cute classic touches this is the type of wedding I am hoping to have someday … possibly outdoors and in the woods if you could make a board like this that would be lovely … the colors I have in mind are earthy tones especially greens and blues and oranges :)”

I picked forest green, pale apricot, and forget-me-not blue – soft and earthy colors that go wonderfully with an outdoor wedding. Keep the flowers a little wild to keep with the outdoorsy theme – I LOVE that hand tied bouquet with roses, tulips, and plenty of greenery. Think sweet and simple, but flowers in abundance. Cluster vintage bottles tied with ribbon in the center of tables and fill them with clutches of wildflowers, use lots of personal photos and stories to make the wedding your own, and make sure that you add in elements that represent the two of you and your relationship.
