This incredible shoot by Diana Frohmueller Photography looks as though you’ve stumbled upon a folktale in the German forest! The magical location and majestic animal came courtesy of Falkenhof in Wisentgehege Springe, a sanctuary and training center for birds of prey. The falcon added an element of the wild to an avant-garde bridal shoot, turning this woodland portrait session into something truly enchanting! The European chic wedding dress from Cosmopolka and the hint of spring from flowers by Sylvia Hartmann Design added to the charm of this airy shoot!
Our bride looks ready to take to the air herself in a semi-sheer dotted dress from German boutique Cosmopolka. The fluttering sleeves and ruffled accents played with the the delicacy of the design. Pairing it with black tassel earrings and a gold bird ring from Goldschmiede Grafengold finished off the look to minimalist perfection!
This lovely falcon stole the show during her modeling debut, doing her part to educate about these incredible birds. Recently removed from the endangered species list thanks to the efforts of conservation and education centers like the Falkenhof, she showcased the majesty of nature while our bride learned to respect and handle this wild creature.
The reception decor drew organic styling inspiration from the woodland setting, with Sylvia Hartmann Design creating a basket lantern woven with ferns and wildflowers. The table held woodland patterned plates and napkins tied with a shed feather to echo the beautiful surroundings, while the pastel flowers brought a touch of spring. Tulips, astilbe, anemone, dill, waxflower, Amaranth, and greenery mingled together in the bride’s bouquet and in the iridescent Mother-of-pearl inspired centerpiece arrangement.
