Bright and Colorful Celestial Wedding Ideas with a Boho Twist

Inspired by Starry Night and the heavenly colors of a Van Gogh painting, sparkling with celestial bridal style, and updated with modern bohemian decor, this beautiful shoot is truly a work of art! Northern California team Sarahi Hadden Photography and Events by Courtney Ann took inspiration from the sparkling stardust of the Orion wedding dress by Watters to create this luminous wedding day inspiration with a bold color palette of blue, red, and yellow against the lush green backdrop of Park Winters. Incredible film portraits make sure every color is lovingly showcased in this celebration of all thing celestial!

The design brief for the eye catching invitation suite by Pigment & Parchment was the night sky with a watercolor palette! Hand painted stars, moons, and sunset patterns were rendered in a bold palette of teal, yellow, and red to evoke a Van Gogh palette with modern intensity.

Le Bloomerie created a primary palette for the flowers, with hot red ranunculus, yellow roses, and blue love-in-a-Mist coming together for the bride’s wildflower-inspired bouquet.

The bride shone like a star in this sequin wedding dress from Willowby by Watters! The silver and gold star appliqués on the nude tulle dress shimmered under the California sun at Park Winters. The Luna star hair pins by Blair Nadeau added a dainty celestial touch to the bride’s half up hairstyle!

Events by Courtney Ann dreamed up this modern bohemian wedding ceremony, with the white barn and summer gardens of Park Winters as the backdrop! Artisan dream catchers hand made by Shop Wild Cotton created a statement setpiece with teal ribbons braided into the macrame designs to play off the colorful palette. Le Bloomerie decorated the rustic archway with sprays of bold blue flowers, while a woven macrame rug and modern gold chairs brought the luxe bohemian style full circle.

The groom’s three piece suit from Generation Tux took a more classic approach in a classic navy, while a patterned tie and colorful boutonniere tied in the whimsical style of the shoot!

Rich blue, warm red, icy grey, and luxe gold brought the elements together on the rustic farm table from Lux Event Rentals & Design. Velvet runners from Party Crush Studio ran down the center of the table, with starburst gold chargers and hand painted ceramic plates by The Chiavari Guys to create a colorful place setting.

The gorgeous cake by Etta Avenue Cakes looked as though she swirled stardust into the frosting, creating this beautiful work of edible art. The unique shapes added an organic effect to the marble textures, creating a stunning and unique dessert!

Real life husband and wife, the McCarrolls, posed on the grounds of Park Winters for these sweet portraits with Sarahi Hadden Photography. The grounds of the venue include an historic Victorian Inn, chic white barn and picturesque organic farm, offering ample backdrops to capture these incredible moments!
