The rose gold and jewel tones in this shoot managed to steal my color loving heart, while the glam boho details completely sealed the deal! Marianne Wilson Photography and Wedding Kate envisioned colorful wedding inspiration at the beautiful Maravilla Gardens, with modern metallic details and colorful floral decor in the Southern California sunshine!

Great event design always starts with a kernel of inspiration that infuses each of the other elements – for this lovely shoot, it started with the blush and rose gold gowns for the bride and bridesmaid! The perfect mix of modern glam with timeless style, the dresses from LA-based Lili Bridals inspired the feminine color palette and richly romantic decor of the rest of the wedding day! Casa Blanca Wedding Flowers envisioned deep colors against the beaded bodice and blush skirt of the bride’s Watters wedding dress, creating a bouquet of fuchsia, blush pink, burgundy, and ivory with summer flowers and jasmine vines to add a hint of organic elegance. The jewel toned colors were echoed in the ceremony backdrop, which featured dramatic floral arrangements on modern geometric stands, adding a punch of color to the garden setting.

The glam boho vibe of the shoot truly came to life in the table decor. A terra cotta wall created a Southwestern inspired setting for the reception table, combining mid-century furniture with 60’s inspired macrame table runners. Geometric copper chargers and slate blue linen napkins played off the varying shades of pink in the flowers and taper candles to create a colorful and cohesive tablescape! The lovely cake from Delicious Artistry combined the metallic elements with a patterned rose gold band and subtle ombre finish adorned with colorful flowers and vines!

The team took advantage of the golden Magic Hour with bridal party portraits in the farm fields, allowing the Southern California sun capture the perfect portraits. Classic black suits for the groom and groomsmen allowed the bride and her attendant to truly shine in their glittering blush dresses!
