In a Hey Wedding Lady first, this gorgeous party was designed to celebrate mother-to-be Louise and her daughter, Annabelle – the beautiful styling and romantic details are the perfect inspiration for a sweet bridal shower! Blush flowers, a raspberry bellini bar, and decadent desserts are the perfect way to style a chicly feminine party!

Guests were welcomed to Louise’s shower by a hand lettered chalkboard sign that added a personal touch to the grand space. The airy summer light of downtown Raleigh suffused the Cannon Room with warmth that beautifully played off the shower’s palette of mauve, dusty blush pink, and gold. Vintage French inspired decor from Greenhouse Picker Sisters set the tone for an elegant soiree, with a floral decorated peacock chair as the throne of honor! The Lion House designed the elegant party as well as the floral arrangements in vintage gold vessels for a touch of delicate blush and peach. A sweet dessert buffet from Sugar Euphoria graced the vintage bar, with marbled blush and gold cake gems, sugar dusted cupcakes, and frosting dipped pretzel wands. Personal photos and taper candles adorned the bar top, along with compote centerpieces of pastel flowers. The pièce de résistance was a DIY bellini bar – adorable hand lettered signs from Foxwood Studio directed guests to mix prosecco with the fruit of their choice for a delicious do it yourself cocktail bar!
