Every wedding gown is a work of art, but when it comes to the designs of Emily Riggs Bridal, I think it’s safe to say her latest collection is a masterpiece! Each gown is handmade in Portland, Oregon, out of ethereal silk chiffon, crepe satin, and imported French lace. The pale hues and gorgeous texture from Fall and Winter 2015 collection were inspired by crystals and gemstones!
Arabesque
The pale champagne Arabesque is a stunning marriage of silk and tulle with an ethereal overlay of beaded floral lace. Pearls and seed beads handstitched onto the embroidered flowers add a delicate hint of gold to accent the subtle color in the layered skirt.
Primevere
Inspired by the romantic hue of Morganite, the Primevere dress is a slim, floating gown with a skirt of blush silk tulle and silk georgette. A three-quarter sleeve bodice of floral French lace is delicately tinted with blush and bronze undertones.
Nightingale
The heavenly dusty blue of the Nightingale gown was inspired by the shifting colors of moonstones, with a flowing train of layered silk and tulle. Three-quarter length sleeves in gossamer lace and a silk satin waist combine for a gorgeously romantic effect.
Seraphina
Pearl silk flows like water in the graceful lines of the Seraphina gown, with a larger print lace and scalloped neckline creating a dramatic bodice.
Valentina
Italian silk taffeta in Onyx gives Valentina a dramatic edge, with a delicate ivory lace top with long sleeves providing a soft counterpoint to the bold black skirt.
Delphina
The sea foam hue of Delphina is perfect for the dreamy tulle skirt layered over Italian crepe silk for a gorgeous silhouette in the palest pastel hue.
Verity
One of two bold black gowns in the collection, Verity is at once stunning, dramatic and classic. The top is made of limited vintage lace from France, in a delicate counterpoint to the sweeping silk taffeta skirt.
Ophelia
Amethyst silk tulle is layered over crepe silk to give the Ophelia gown its ethereal color. A cap sleeved bodice in violet floral lace adds a hint of richer color to the pale pastel skirt.
