Today’s wild mountain wedding proves that you can’t improve on the beauty of nature – but if there’s one way to make it better, a blush Vera Wang gown doesn’t hurt! Heather Erson Photography trekked out into the vast wilderness of the Grand Teton National Park with Beth and Justin to capture their incredible wedding portraits among the splendor of the mountain range. Beth was luminous in a filmy gown of with layers and layers of blush chiffon, with an elegant sideswept hairstyle and a lace edged veil. She and Justin had their first look at the historic Cunningham Cabin in the national park – their black tie style made a stunning statement among the sage flats, with the majestic Teton Range rising in the background.
They held an intimate destination wedding ceremony near Jackson, Wyoming, with the gorgeous spread of the mountain range providing the decor. Beth created Justin’s boutonniere herself from silk flowers, as well as matching bouquets for herself and her bridesmaids. After their vows the couple ventured through across the plains to Jackson Lake. The Alpine lake lies just at the base of the mountains – which means that it is as freezing as it is gorgeous. The snowmelt chill didn’t stop this adventurous couple from wading into the icy waters to capture some truly stunning portraits!

Her veil is beautiful! This is my wedding dress and I’m getting married next year (July 2015) and I’ve been searching for a veil that would go with this wedding dress! If the bride doesn’t mind me asking, where she got her veil from!? Exactly what I’ve been looking for!! Beautiful wedding!
So glad you like it – that gown is gorgeous! I don’t know the exact designer but the bride’s attire was all from David’s Bridal!
OMG! How did I miss this? This! This! This is why I LOVE mountains. With scenery like that, what else could you possibly need?
What a fabulous location for a wedding! Truly stunning.
That gown is such a favorite of mine – it’s gorgeous!
